A self-reflective narration of a director holding a camera. Refreshing news weirdly sub-titles old news of 80s over images of present neighborhood, people, roads, and buildings. The conflict between images with indecipherable meanings and the text is fragmented in discord.

DIRECTOR
CHOI Jung-min 
Born in 1970. Choi Jung-min studied Film and Video at CalArts and worked as a documentary director at Q Channel. His films include Black Badge (2008), a film about the lonely struggle of the non-regular employees, and The Overpass (2010), a portrait of old people living on the margins of society.
