In the sixteenth year of King Jeongjo, a famous detective is commissioned a secret mission by the king to investigate an illegal tribute. The detective escapes from danger with the help of dog trader Seo－pil, and works with Seo－pil to find the decisive clue in Jeokseong. A fresh and comic interpretation of the King Jeongjo era, which was the most interesting period during late Joseon Dynasty.
