Graduated from National Film and Television School as a directing major, she has directed more than ten short filmsㅡsome of these films such as Oil & Water (1997) and Cabby (2001) were nominated to be screened in numbers of famous film festivals, including PIFF. Based on field experiences at Chungmu-ro, she joined the latter-half filming of the famous British full-length film, Notting Hill. In December of 2008, with the banner of “Fresh movie with new paradigm,” she founded Filmfront, a film company. Ever since, her work as been aiming for branded popular film based upon the spirit of independence.
