Brillante Mendoza

Born in 1960, San Fernande, Phillippines. He studied Advertising at the University of Santo Tomas in Manila. His debut film Masseur(2005) won Golden Leopard Award at Locarno Film Festival in 2005, his second feature Summer Heat(2006) was received NETPAC Award at JIFF. His recent films are Foster Child(2007) and Serbis(2008).
