Born in 1971. Graduated from the Film Department of UC Berkley. His debut feature [#i_]Tropical Manila[_i#](2008) was invited to various international film festivals. He then directed [#i_]Mother Is a Whore[_i#](2009),[#i_] Father Is a Dog[_i#](2010) and [#i_]Fire in Hell[_i#](2012), which was invited to the 13th Jeonju International Film Festival, and then EXIT, a part of Short! Short! Short! 2013 of Jeonju International Film Festival. He then directed [#i_]Speed[_i#](2015).
