The main task of Monsters, Inc. is to go into the human world at midnight and gather energy through the screaming of children. Sullivan and Mike are the strongest members in the corporation and have a track record of which they can be proud. One day, while they infiltrate into the human world, the child ´Boo´ enters the Monsters’ world through the open door of the closet. Knowing that, they cause all kinds of disturbance in order to hide the child. The values of children and monsters, screams and laughter naturally are appreciated by the nature of the monsters who are afraid of contact with children, and the change of Monsters, Inc.´s policy that considered screaming as only energy. One of the strong points in the Disney films is to rethink the conventions and prejudices of the world through a conclusion that challenges shakes the existing myth. [LEE Sang-yong]
