Mischievous and adventurous Peter Rabbit created by Beatrix Potter has been loved by many readers across generations. He is back this time as a rebellious version as befits the 21st century. This mix of live action and animation further reveals diverse aspects of Peter Rabbit. Peter and his friends are loved and looked after by local painter Bea. Then one day they run into a crisis when a man named Thomas arrives from London and kicks them out of Peter´s favorite carrot farm. Peter and friends devise a plan to get back to the farm while Thomas tries to stop them. The conflict between men and rabbits was already in the original but the blending of live actors and animation generates a sense of intimacy between the two worlds that seem to interact on friendly terms. Audiences take delight in the cute movements of Peter and his friends. [LEE Sang-yong]
