Mira, the daughter of influential businessman Yim Taesan becomes the murder suspect of her father´s fiancee, Yuna, who is a famous singer. But Mira can’t remember anything from the day of the incident. Yim hires a young lawyer called Choi Heejeong to tackle the case. Just when he thinks everything is going his way, a fan of the deceased singer comes forward with a video that shows what really happened. The murderer in the video is none other than Yim Taesan himself. In this Korean remake of the Chinese film [#i_]Silent Witness[_i#](2013), we encounter one twist after another as Yim’s scheme regarding the initial court case is disclosed. Using paternal love as a basic motif, the film depicts a complex web of relationships and stories, and the excellent performance of the cast further heightens tension. Silence itself is a secret.
