A theatrical version of a five-part science fiction series directed by Kiyoshi Kurosawa and produced by WOWOW. It is also a companion film to the story of the alien invasion [#i_]Before We Vanish[_i#](2017) based on Maekawa Tomohiro´s play. Etsuko, a factory worker, feels ominous when she heard from her colleague Miyuki that she had a ghost at home. Since the ghost turns out to be Miyuki´s father, she does not understand the concept of family. Etsuko´s husband Tetsuo meets Makabe, a doctor with psychokinetic power. Makabe is a human-hosted alien, looking for a guide to help humans understand when the alien invaded. The story and tone of [#i_]Yocho (Foreboding) [_i#]are different than the original, in which everything is as dark as the threatening and ruthless being, Makabe, and we could confirm common elements shown in representative films of Kiyoshi.
