In July, a film like a short story that presents two stories set in Paris. It is a work to see the resurgence of Guillaume Brac, who represents the new generation of French cinema with Antonin Peretjatko, with Yann Gonzalez and Justine Triet. Both stories dealing with temptation is an allegory of relationship, and the actors´ natural perfermance is outstanding. In the first story, Milena and her colleague Lucie come into conflict because of the rescue crew that they meet in the outdoor pool on holiday. The second story depicts the last day of Hanne´s journey in Paris from Norway. On this day, she meets three men with different intentions respectively and get confused. While the first story is warmly ended without moments of big crisis, the second story, full of erotic dance and romantic atmosphere, includes unexpected tragedy. [JANG Byungwon]
