Big Bee, the gigantic unmanned helicopter, is stolen. Remotely controlled, the chopper hovers over a nuclear power plant. The terrorist threatens that the nuclear power plant should be taken down in 8 hours. The baby boy of the helicopter designer Yuhara is also in the helicopter. Yuhara and police work frantically to resolve the situation. The film is based on the novel with the same title by Higashino Keigo, adequately touches social contradiction and issues in Japan. Connotations of nuclear in the film remind us of the recent nuclear disaster, rather than the event of 1995. The contradiction that system invented for human convenience backfires, forms the backbone of the film. Spectacle scenes and exceptional cast are attractive points. (LEE Sang-yong)
