A timid young lady, Ania doesn’t get along with people easily. One day she encounters an wolf in a park. Mesmerized by it, she uses a tranquilizer gun to take it to her apartment. She locks it in a room and feeds it. As she communicates with the wild animal, she realizes her own wild nature and makes some bold moves. This is the third feature of a famous German actress. From her perspective of growth, the film shows how a woman comes to realize herself through an wolf. Ania, an outsider is greatly moved by her instinctive attraction to wild nature. When she met the nature in a grey city, she confronts her real self. This is a fable of gender and sexuality with surreal fantasy. (JANG Byungwon)
