Review

The film is a cinematic production of a novel with the same title, Family Fang, featuring two Fang siblings. Annie Fang, an actress, and Buster Fang, a writer, can’t escape from the childhood memories about parents. They return home as Buster is hospitalized. Their parents set a plan to celebrate their family reunion, but Buster and Annie don’t want to play the roles of children. They protest and refuse in front of their parents. One day, their parents disappear and Annie and Buster begin a journey to find them. The film portrays the half-baked adults, family and life. Casting is good including Nicole Kidman. (LEE Sang-yong)
