Notice!

• The 14th Jeonju International Film Festival observes strict screening time, and therefore asks that you be seated 10 minutes prior to the screening.
• After the screening begins, entrance is prohibited and during the screening, please do not change seats or reenter.
• Taking photos or videos within the theaters is forbidden.
• Please refrain from bringing food or drinks from outside.
• Every individual must possess a ticket to be admitted into the theater.
• Tickets that have been damaged or misplaced cannot be reissued, so please take care of your tickets.
• Tickets for screenings can be issued up to 5 minutes before screening time.
• (Please use the nearest ticket office from the theater, considering the distance to the theater.)
• After an entrance ticket given, cancellations and refunds are available at the office where the ticket was bought up until one hour before the screening. (A ticket cancellation fee of 1,000 won is charged for each cancellation.)
• Refunds for screenings cancelled by the festival, delays in screenings, or changes in screening times are fully refundable for ticket holders at all box offices until closing day.
