Review

In 1999, NATO bombards Yugoslavia for 78 days straight to destroy their military bases and broadcasting station. Ana, Slova and Boyan try to live a normal life despite the bombing and explosions.

Marinus GROOTHOF

Born in 1979 in Netherlands. He studied cinematography at the Dutch Film Academy. In 2009, [#i_]Sunset From A Rooftop[_i#](2009) was awarded Best Short Film at the Dutch Film Festival and [#i_]Mirroring[_i#](2011) won the Best Short Film at the Belgrade Documentary and Short Film Festival in 2011. The script of [#i_]The Sky Above Us [_i#]was developed during the EAVE Producers Workshop, which earned him the Kodak NPP Development Award at the Dutch Film Meeting in 2011.
