Born in 1982, Neuss, Germany. Her first feature film DRIFT (2017) was shown internationally at film festivals including the Venice IFF, IFFR, and New Directors/New Films Festival.

Nika Son

Born in 1981, Berleburg, Germany. She works as a sound designer and the film director. Wildness of Waves is a collaboration between Helena Wittmann and Nika Son.
