Following an MA in Film Studies at University College Dublin, he co-founded Tilted Pictures through which he made several award-winning short films. His short films include [#i_]The Mill[_i#](2009), [#i_]Passing[_i#](2010), [#i_]The Tree[_i#](2012), and [#i_]The First Wave[_i#](2014). His debut feature, [#i_]The Cured[_i#], was premiered at Toronto International Film Festival.
