Synopsis

Father wants his little son to witness his last breath with deep understanding of life in the most beautiful place in the planet.

Director´s Statement

I plan to go on art attack and produce an experimental contemporary piece, but keeping very spiritual and emotional yet with reality of life.

Vimukthi Jayasundara studied in France at Le Fresnoy Art School. His directorial debut, The Forsaken Land (2005) was officially selected at Cannes Film Festival in 2005 (Un certain regard), and got the Camera D’Or. His second feature Between Two Worlds was invited at Venice Film Festival.
