Calin Peter Netzer

Born in 1975, Petrosani, Romania. In 1983, he immigrated to Germany together with his parents and has been living in Stuttgart from 1984. In 1994, he started the courses of the Theatre and Film University of Bucharest, Romania, Film Direction Department, and with The Medal of Honor (2009), he won the Silver Alexander at Thessaloniki Film Festival in 2009.
